Service Description
In a series of 8 classes we practice Yoga on the Wobbel - a wooden balance board. This Yoga style was specially designed for children. We practice poses, different breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation, like in all other Yoga classes. Using the Wobbel additionally calmes the nervous system just by the rocking motion itself, it challenges our balance and opens up a whole new world of imagination and fun. Every class follows a different theme and the kids step off the Wobbel with a big smile on their face!
Cancellation Policy
Kids Yoga Class Policy Age & Participation Classes are designed for specific age groups. Children should be enrolled in the appropriate class and able to participate independently unless noted (e.g., parent-child classes). Registration & Payment Pre-registration is required. Payment is due before the first class. Class sizes are limited to ensure a safe and positive experience. Attendance & Punctuality Missed classes are non-refundable. Cancellations & Make-Ups Make-up classes or credits may be offered at the instructor’s discretion. If a class is canceled by the instructor, a make-up or credit will be provided. Health & Safety Parents/guardians must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Children should not attend class if they are sick. Yoga is not a substitute for medical care. Behavior & Respect Kindness, respect, and safety are expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a break or removal from class. Ongoing concerns will be discussed with parents. Clothing & Belongings Children should wear comfortable clothing and practice barefoot or with non-slip socks. Photos & Media Photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes with written parental consent. Liability Participation is voluntary. Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation and release the instructor and facility from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
