Service Description
In a small group of 5 children we practice 8 classes of Wobbelyoga, which is a fun way of yoga specially designed for children. The kids practice poses on a Wobbel (a wooden balance board) in a fun and engaging way. We also include breathing and mindfulness exercises into our classes. Each class is 30 minutes.
