Service Description
In a small group of up to 6 children we practice Wobbelyoga, which is a fun way of yoga specially designed for children. The kids practice poses on a Wobbel (a wooden balance board) in a fun and engaging way. We also include breathing and mindfulness exercises into our classes. This session includes 8 classes of 30 minutes each.
